Super warm welcome and the advice was extremely competent and the doctor responds specifically to the patient. After a long search for a good dermatologist, it finally led me to where everything is patiently explained and helped in detail. In addition, such courteous staff is rarely found. All in all very recommendable, treatment worked very well.

Booking an appointment online is very straightforward. Exactly that feeling is conveyed to you in practice. Very pleasant. The waiting time for the first appointment is very long (almost 3 months) but I don't know that any other way with dermatologists. Very good medical practice that I can recommend to everyone!

As a legally insured person, you can get an appointment on the same day of the search very spontaneously using the online appointment system When I got to the waiting room, I didn't even have time to take off my jacket; I was already called. Very, very nice staff, great treatment, completely satisfied. We recommend!!!

I came across Dr Reinhardt through the google reviews and I am super satisfied with the treatment. I came earlier than my appointment had planned and was brought in to the doctor within 10 minutes. The staff is really nice and friendly. The practice is bright and organized. Doctor Reinhardt took the time to explain to me what my problem was and suggested the possible solutions. I (cash patient) was able to book an appointment via the website. Waiting time for the appointment only 7 days. I had an appointment at 10:30, so I was there at 10:25. 10:35 am I left the practice after visiting the doctor. For me, the practice is well organized! Not to forget, of course, that the office hours help is very friendly and helpful! Thanks for that!

With statutory insurance there is a waiting time of at least 3 months, with private insurance you can get it on the same day. That's ridiculous.

Very friendly and competent doctor, I always feel that I am in good hands. The team is also incredibly friendly and courteous, you feel very comfortable as soon as you enter. I always got in touch immediately and the online booking system with Doctolib is very practical, including reminders on the mobile phone. Everything is absolutely great!

For years, Dr. Reinhardt, the dermatologist I trust. Examines and treats thoroughly and reliably, takes his time and provides detailed information. The atmosphere in the practice is also consistently positive, courteous and friendly. And yes, despite the good Doctolib system, getting an appointment can be difficult, but this is due to the fact that fewer and fewer dermatologists are accepting statutory health insurance patients at all.

A really terrific online booking system, which enables you to receive appointments that become available earlier. My waiting time for an appointment was reduced by 2 months, great! The online appointment system is incredibly practical! There would have been a wait of a few months over the phone, but many people jump off at short notice. So my tip: Just check online a week in advance whether an appointment has become available at short notice - happens regularly. In addition, super friendly team, no waiting time and good doctor. Good doctor who helped me quite well with some acute issues. Everything worked out fine, staff very friendly, helpful, good consultation and advice. As with many doctors within Munich city it can take a long time for regular visit appointments due to high demand though.
